I originally purchased this dress from a major department store in a size 16. It fit fine and looked great but I decided to order a 16W from Amazon. The fit was perfect. The armholes were just the right size and the sleeves for big enough for my thick arms. The dress is very flattering and I received tons of compliments at my son's wedding. I really like this brand of evening gown and will consider buying it again in the future. When I returned the original dress I bought to the department store, the sales clerk mentioned Amazon carrying the larger selection of sizes than they did. Now that I know my perfect size, I will definitely buy more evening dresses on Amazon.
