Never ordered a bed in a box before nor have I ever purchased a mattress without laying on it in a store. We needed a mattress for another bedroom. We are used to sleeping on a Sleep Number bed. My husband tried this the first night after letting it expand for about 7 hours (to 11 inches). The first night he said it was like sleeping on a brick. By the third night, he said it was really nice & his neck wasn't sore. Can’t speak to how long it will last, as some have said it starts to cave in. We will be turning it every couple months. It is soft on top, but supportive underneath also which is what I was looking for. I purchased it on a lightning deal for around $325 which was also awesome. So far we really like it.Had a good experience speaking with the Kescas customer service as I was seeking support for this mattress. Mattress quality is great, leans towards being softer rather than firmer. Wait 72 hours so it can fully expand from the packaging.This is a great mattress at a great price. It was medium firm as advertised. My son has significant back problems and found it a little too firm for him. But for those looking for a very good quality hybrid mattress at a very reasonable price, I recommend this one.Foam mattresses don’t usually work for me, so I decided to try this one with the inner springs. It’s comfortable and works for me.Great Quality and Exceptional customer service! I had to exchange my mattress and they were more than helpful helping me find the perfect one for us.Easy and fast set up. Helped relieve my back and leg pain instantly making for a peaceful nights sleep.My daughter got this and it's amazing. She's had it for several months now and it is a true medium. Better than the expensive brand she's had. She has back problems and now wakes up and isn't in excessive pain and can get up. I'm going to be ordering one for me.Good mattressTruth..... I have not slept in the bed for an entire night yet! This is a guest bed. However, I have had a quick nap In it. Here’s what I can tell you. It is very comfortable, not too soft, just right. I would say definitely a medium to slightly soft. I’m a side sleeper/napper and it is very comfortable. The individual wrapped coils help with containing the bed movement to my side when I roll over. Set up was super easy. Now here’s the super important part. My bed did not get delivered on time due to the corona virus hitting many businesses. I ordered this bed because THIS seller said they could deliver my bed sooner than later. I contacted the seller to find out where the bed was shipping from with thoughts of picking it up. Anyway long story short they delivered my bed much earlier than Amazon’s ship date. They went above and beyond to get the bed to me. The purpose of getting the bed was to set up in the basement in case anyone in the family got the virus. Touch wood .... we’re all okay. Thank you so much seller for getting this quality, bed to me so quickly!The product was received on time and it was very well packaged.After following the instructions, the product was ready for using.The fabric quality is very good and it is medium hardness. However I decided to switch it for a harder one.After contacting the seller, they offered the best after-sales service I would ever get. They solved my problem right away.I personally recommend contacting keskas team directly if you have any issues with your parcel.Update : NOV 3 2020 :I've changed my rating slightly the five stars for their customer service onlyAs for the mattress it remains at 2 StarsThe company has gone above and beyond to try to rectify my problemIt is still not a great mattress if you're a side sleeperIf you wish to read my original review it is below:As a side sleeper this mattress is awfulIt's too soft when you sit on the edge the mattress caves inWhen you sleep on your side it doesn't support your legs at all and you're going to have knee painI wouldn't buy this again and I don't recommend it for anyone who's the side sleeperIf you are a back sleeper or stomach sleeper it might work for youIts been around 25 days i have had this mattress. I have tried everything i could to make it fully fluffy and have been waiting for the mattress to fluff up. However, despite trying all recommended actions, the corners of the mattress still remain compressed and deshaped (Photo attached). . Moreover one side of the mattress feels like some spring inside is broken as it hurts when I change sides while sleeping.I am trying to return the mattress but it asks me to drop it off to a ups store, which is nearly impossible as it is very heavy. I connected with amazon to raise the complaint but nothing has been done yet. I contacted the seller about the issue and they also have not worked on it. All in all i am stuck with this mattress currently with no resolution and a substantial loss.I would say NOT to go for this mattress, as you will end up with a low quality product, poor sleep, waste of money and no resolution from the seller.Make sure when you unpack it that you do so in an open space where it can expand, preferably in a bedroom you are going to use it in. After unpacking it and laying it on the box spring for a day or so it was ready to use and boy was it comfortable. The price is right too for other store mattresses of the same quality would cost at least $ 200 more.Update: So I have has this Kescas Queen size mattress for almost a year now and it still is like brand new and very comfortable. I am 245 lbs and the support is great!!!
