Purchased March 2021 from Shoe Dealz (other reviews had said they were legitimate, so I thought I was safe). After only one year of use (2021-2022), this bag looks HORRIBLE. Does not even compare to our other purchased from a verified seller, the fabric is worn, torn, and the color incredibly faded. Will not purchase these bags from Amazon again. The buttons wear to a light gold instead of the more tarnished iron look the legitimate bags have. So disappointed to have wasted $70 on a bag that looks so bad it can’t be used again.Bought this as a gift and my friend absolutely loves it! Very nice shade of purple with a lighter purple for straps.The bag seems well made, the color is vibrant, and able to hold a fair amount of items. The company touts it's Earth-friendly manufacturing processes to justify the cost. I will share an unsolicited philosophy that I think all companies who embrace Earth-friendly practices should implement: make your products affordable and of high quality will lead to more people will buy due to affordability and reliability. Even with small profit margin, money still adds up due to sales volume. Now the next problem will be, can the company keep up with the demand?I was actually really disappointed in this backpack. Its trendy, which is why my daughter wanted it. However, it feels and looks cheap. Its unlined, so you can see all the ugly stitching inside. Its durable enough but also stiff. And it only has one sleeve inside and one outside pocket. The straps are a joke - no padding. This backpack should be $30 max.I was initially worried that I’d receive a counterfeit bag due to some reviews, but I’m happy to say I received an authentic kanken. I checked all the signs of an authentic bag (colorful mark of Sweden on tag, engraved zippers, marking on inside of button, strap pattern) and they all checked out. All my school supplies fit as well!I purchased this bag from the seller BrillantGreen. and it was a good choice of me to do. My bag is 100% real and Authentic. I did my research before purchasing. Make sure when you're looking through the bags to buy one, you have to check if its verified by Amazon and its seller is also verified by Amazon themselves. Overall, I am super happy!! and this was my first purchase as well.I ordered this as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. She had told me she wanted it, but I am still anxious to hear what she thinks of it when she opens it!! I expect she will love it!Love it! Such a bright color. Very well made.
