I ordered this to raise the head of our mattress in our camper. We have an adjustable base on our home bed and I'm used to the incline. It raised the mattress a bit too high, we slide down some in the middle of the night, haha. Despite that, I'm satisfied with it. I still sleep better than on the flat mattress. And it was the most affordable thing I found that raised the entire length of our king sized mattress.We placed the wedge pillow under our mattress and it works great for my husband’s snoring and my gastric reflux. We should’ve done this year’s ago!what a rip-off 20 dollar foam, dont buyI ordered this for post surgery comfort and it provided no comfort at all. The wedge comes inside of an airtight bag and once opened you will need to let it fluff up for a good 48-72 hours. It will only fit on a King bed, I thought I could order it for my Queen and ignore the handover on the ends, but I was wrong. It wouldn't have bothered me much if it wasn't so massive, the wedge from top to bottom layer from the headboard to the middle of the bed.What made it so uncomfortable is the fact that the bottom of the wedge gives a small lift and then there is a steep incline. When you try to lay on the wedge as a head lift it doesn't work as you will slide down and end up on the bottom of the wedge or just layed out on the mattress. It is sooooo big and hard. The only time it remotely became handy is when I piled several pillows on it to give myself a lift and in an effort to stay in place throughout the night. I wanted to love this wedge and was hoping it would help me with my nightly acid reflux and my husband with his snoring.I am hoping to find another use for the pillow but for now it is in the closet. It didn't work for me but it may work for you.Be sure to let this product lay on a flat area for at least a day to give it time to "fluff up" to full height and shape. It's obvious once you remove the packaging that this is a good quality product that will be able to withstand tossing and turning movement without breaking down and tearing. This Wedge covers the entire length of the head of your bed. The slimmest area of the Wedge almost completely blends in with your mattress and then starts to gradually elevate from there. The cover is soft and removable so it can be washed. This is great considering my only complaint. Our first night using this Wedge I didn't cover it with a sheet and we both woke in the middle of the night sweating. I've heard this is fairly common with memory foam products. However, I have a 3 inch memory foam mattress top on my bed and neither my husband or I have ever woke in a sweat because of it. Not wanting to give up on this Wedge so soon, on the second night I wrapped the Wedge in a 100% Cotton flat sheet (With the Wedge cover still on) and it was MUCH more comfortable to sleep on. After using this product for a couple weeks now, it's helped considerably with my Acid Reflux and my husband's SNORING :) I would certainly recommend.I need this because I'm a belly sleeper and I always wake up with a stuffy nose. I try to mitigate this with propping up multiple pillows but it's not sufficient.This seems to help a fair amount. If you have a traditional bed/box spring then it should be easy to place it between the two and hopefully that would give you incline.For me, I have a mattress in top of wooden slats. I got decent results placing the wedge on the bed and placing the sheet over that.It's a good solution for a great price.This is a game changer. My mattress was killing my back. I woke up in pain daily. Since purchasing this product I no longer wake up in pain. I was shocked how well it works.Puts your back in a proper incline. Can help elevate pain. Very comfortable not being too firm or soft. It your looking for a bed wedge, you can rely on this one. Great quality at a good price.
